It is also associated with gynecological malignancies, caesarean deliveries, abortions, hypercoagulability and pelvic inflammatory disease. Prompt diagnosis and treatment is warranted to avoid serious complications [1]. We report the rare case of idiopathic ovarian right vein thrombosis.
