This review is an update of the current management algorithm of peritoneal carcinomatosis of ovarian cancer, including screening methods, biomarkers and surgical techniques, in an effort to shed some light into this difficult to treat malignancy. Objective: To assess awareness in the management of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) with peritoneal metastasis with updated therapeutic standpoints.
