We report a case of a 58-year-old Filipino male with unremarkable family history who presented with progressive right homonymous hemianopia. Work up revealed presence of retinal and CNS hemangioblastomas as well as renal cell carcinoma. Confirmatory gene testing is pending but is ultimately not required to make the diagnosis. Keywords: Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, supratentorial hemangioblastoma, renal cell carcinoma
