Further comments on the paper
Comments: This study describes the importance of rapid sequence intubation technique after remifentanil infusion in patients undergoing surgery to achieve a state of deep analgesia and sedation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This technique reduces the hemodynamic perturbations and the adverse effects of hypnotic drugs. Further studies are required to investigate the efficacy and safety of this approach in cases that involve high dose-remifentanil combined with a lower dose of hypnotic drugs in patients with compromised hemodynamics.
Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?
A: Yes - Suitable to be published
If you have any questions and clarifications you can write to the journal.
