Comments:
This study describes a case report of ovarian torsion in a Korean-speaking woman with a 24-week twin pregnancy who attended a Spanish- and English-speaking institution. The case description is adequate. The Discussion explains the challenges in treating the patient in the present case clearly. It also offers useful suggestions with respect to the treatment regimen. It is well supported with briefly explained figures. The report summary is apt in recommending a correct and timely diagnosis for ovarian torsion (OT).

Further comments on the paper
Comments: This case report and review of the literature presents a case of diagnosis and management of a left ovarian torsion (OT) in a twin pregnancy of a woman with a communication barrier due to different language speaking, with normal term delivery. This study holds significance as there are only a few reports of left-sided OT at third trimester twin pregnancy in the literature. Moreover, ovarian torsion represents a diagnostic challenge for clinicians and radiologists because of its lack of pathognomonic symptoms and imaging findings.
