Further comments on the paper
Comments: This is one of the rarest case reports, describing the clinical presentation, diagnosis and management of 3 patients who developed portal vein thrombosis (PVT) after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. It states that alarmingly vague presenting symptoms of these cases make the diagnosis challenging. Therefore, A high index of suspicion is required to facilitate early diagnosis and management of such rare complications.

A: Yes- Suitable to be published
If you have any questions and clarifications you can write to the journal.
