Comments: This prospective study was conducted to assess sleep wake disturbances and its association with psychological factors in adults up to 6 months from allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplant (HSCT). This study holds significance as it is the first study in objectively measuring the sleep wake disturbances by actigraphy technology to study sleep disruption in HSCT recipients. A small sample size, recruitment at a single center and not measuring patients’ sleep patterns before transplant come out as few of the limitations of this study.
