Comments:
The study is well designed and executed. The Methods and Results are adequately described. The Results highlight the need for more research to prevent or mitigate long-term morbidity after hematopoietic stem-cell transplant (HSCT). The Discussion offers a thorough and detailed analysis of the findings of the present study taking all the relevant literature into account. The paper is well supported with briefly explained figure and tables. It holds the potential to provide valuable information about the relevance of sleep, psychological distress, and fatigue in the recipients of HSCT.

Further comments on the paper
Comments: This prospective study was conducted to assess sleep wake disturbances and its association with psychological factors in adults up to 6 months from allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplant (HSCT). This study holds significance as it is the first study in objectively measuring the sleep wake disturbances by actigraphy technology to study sleep disruption in HSCT recipients. A small sample size, recruitment at a single center and not measuring patients’ sleep patterns before transplant come out as few of the limitations of this study.
