Comments: This case report presents the case of a 53-year-old male patient with massive postoperative bleeding due to severe coagulopathy following coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). The study holds significance as the novel blood filter used in this case for postoperative salvage has great clinical value in poor-resource setting. Most of the times in a lower-resource setting, the availability of technology becomes a hurdle, therefore, this salvage device has great clinical value, particularly in lower income countries.
