Review Data
Q: Is the topic relevant to the journal area of interest? Is it contemporary and interesting for
researchers?
A: Good

A: Good
Discussion & Conclusion
Q: Is it related to the results presented before? Do you consider them as coherent?
A: Good
Comments: The Discussion elaborates the risk factors and time of occurrence of the secondary cancers after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), providing relevant literature. The case brings forth a comparison with that of the reported cases in literature. Finally, the Discussion summarizes by highlighting that known connection between graft versus host disease (GvHD) of oral cavity mucosa and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) should be a warning to doctors to pay attention to closer follow-up and the biopsy of suspected lesions.

Q: Does the author use them suitably? Are legend and notations clear?
A: Good
Comments: In Table 2, the keynote for “#” is not provided.
Writing style
Q: Is it clear and understandable?
A: Good

Further comments on the paper
Comments: This Case Report presents a 30-year-old woman with complications of chronic graft versus host disease (cGvHD) and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) after few months of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). This illustrates the association between oral cGvHD and OSCC and the potential appearance of OSCC after HSCT at any time of patient life. This report describes the overall treatment of aplastic anaemia (AA), and later on, the management of cGvHD and OSCC.
Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?
