Comments: This manuscript provides a baseline survey of the association between nutritional knowledge, socio-economic status of caregivers, and stunting of children under 5 years in Kenya.  This further determines the intervention to improve caregiver knowledge, attitude, and practices through nutritional counseling. Overall, this provides a detailed account of the research carried out to find out the correlation between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status in children.
