Comments: This case report presents a report of giant hematoma of rectus abdominis muscle in a 60-year-old patient with Schistosomiasis without periportal abnormalities. The Introduction lays down the basics for taking up the present study. Based on the physical examination and complementary history, it is evident that the cough associated with thrombocytopenia caused the rectus abdominis muscle hematoma (RSH).
