Discussion & Conclusion
Q: Is it related to the results presented before? Do you consider them as coherent?
A: Good
Comments: The Conclusion states that the brain syndemics orientation is potent to improve the health and health-related policy. This further provides an overview of how a small increase in family income has a significant impact on the brains of poor children and how to keep children out of the poverty line. Lastly, it concludes that the study can help to investigate the impact on the syndemic factors.

Comments: There are few issue found in the manuscript which are as follows:
· Under subheading Chronic Stress, 2nd paragraph, 2nd sentence, “As Blair and Raver (64:1) stress..” must be written as “As Blair and Raver states..”.
· Under Interaction of Malnutrition and Toxins, 1st sentence, “Observed Miller and Rayalam..” must be “Miller and Rayalam observed..”. And in 3rd sentence, “Add Bharatraj and Yathapu..” must be “Bharatraj and Yathapu added..”.
· In Conclusion, 1st paragraph, 2nd sentence, “investigation of the role social interventions can play in limiting harm..” must be rewritten as “investigation of the social role interventions can play limiting harm..”.
Further comments on the paper
Comments: This manuscript reviews the brain syndemics highlighting the relevant bodies of research on the biology of inequality and cognitive deficiencies. The paper further elaborates the pathways affected by factors such as poverty, chronic stress, malnutrition, air pollution, and other toxin exposures that co-relate syndemically to socio-economic inequality and brain development. Most importantly, the findings state that the deficiencies are not permanent and can be reversed once taken care of the socio-economic factors.
Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?
A: Yes - Suitable to be published
If you have any questions and clarifications you can write to the journal.
