Comments: The Discussion section, based on the clinical findings, aptly analyses the prognostic factors and treatment of a rare case of breast angiosarcoma which presents high rates of recurrence and mortality. It adequately discusses relevant literature which states that early diagnosis, histological analysis and prognostic factors must be considered to deliver adjuvant radiotherapy in patients suffering from primary and secondary breast angiosarcoma.

Further comments on the paper
Comments: This case report comprises 2 case presentations that present a rare case of primary and secondary angiosarcoma of the breast. In the first clinical study, a 61-year-old patient was presented with a 5-month-old primary angiosarcoma in the right breast, treated with modified radical mastectomy. Another clinical study presents a case of secondary breast angiosarcoma in a 76-year-old woman with a history of right breast cancer, treated ten years previously with conservative surgery, sentinel node and adjuvant radiotherapy. This study covers the risk factors, prognostic factors, histological analysis and the treatment of breast angiosarcoma. It highlights the importance of adjuvant treatment followed by surgery to increase the overall survival and disease-free survival rate.
