researchers?

A: Good

Abstract & Keywords

Q: Are all required components included in the abstract? Are the keywords appropriately chosen?

A: Good

Goal

Q: Is the goal explicitly stated in the Introduction? Is its formulation clear and unambiguous?

A: Good

A: Good

Discussion & Conclusion

Q: Is it related to the results presented before? Do you consider them as coherent?

A: Good

Comments: The results are merged with the Discussion providing an overview of the feasibility study, cellularity, proliferation, senescent phenotype, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) phenotype and adipogenic, osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation mentioning relevant literature. The study discusses the possibility of deriving vital stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells and adipocytes from lipoaspirate samples harvested with the SEFFI procedure. Lastly, the Conclusion states that the development of a new fat tissue product, SEFFI + HA, can be available for the ready-to-use treatment of human skin aging and open the novel strategy in personalized regenerative medicine.

Comments: There are some minor errors found in the manuscript, which are as follows:

·       Under Introduction, 1st paragraph, 3rd sentence, “ADSCs have shown to possess the in vitro…” should be written as “ADSCs have been shown to possess the in vitro…”.

·       Students’ t-test must be written as “Student’s t-test all throughout the manuscript.

Further comments on the paper

Comments: The manuscript evaluates the number, biophysical and multipotent characteristics of adipose-derived stem cells harvested by the SEFFI procedure and highlights the interaction with different hyaluronic acids. The study further combines the grafting of micro fragmented fatty tissue with the hyaluronic acid filler procedure, using three different types of HA. The study’s outcome illustrates that the combination of emulsified harvested tissue with HA can be utilized to counteract the loss of volume and skin aging of the human face and body. The research establishes the approach to regenerative aesthetic treatment as a promising procedure for facial antiaging therapy.

Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?

A: Yes - Suitable to be published

If you have any questions and clarifications you can write to the journal.

Thanks,
