Comments: The Discussion gives an overview of the origin and appearance of JMML among patients. It also illustrates the diagnostic criteria of the patients discussing the probable clinical symptoms. The authors also highlighted the fatal side of the JMML in children who do not receive transplantation providing relevant literature. Further, the Discussion highlights the complete management and treatment procedure of the disease. In Conclusion, the authors suggested that Allo-HSCT is the only modality to achieve a cure in JMML patients and Azacytidine is a promising agent in recent clinical trials to achieve hematological and molecular responses.
