Comments:
The study is well designed and executed. The Methods and Results are adequately described. The Discussion offers a thorough and detailed analysis of the findings of the present study taking all the relevant literature into account. It is well supported with briefly explained figures. The experiments aim to determine an optimal concentration of platelet-rich plasma that increased adipose-derived stem cell proliferation and migration while maintaining long-term cell viability. The Concluding statement that platelet-rich plasma at the appropriate concentration increases proliferation, migration, and velocity of cell spreading is consistent with the evidences presented in this article.

Further comments on the paper
Comments:
This article studies the in vitro migration of porcine adipose-derived stem cells in platelet-rich media. The Introduction lays down the basics for taking up the present study clearly. The study throws light upon the necessity of further characterization of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and its effects on adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) to tease out the specific growth factors responsible for the increase in swine ASC migration before the beginning of extensive clinical trials.
Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?
A: Yes, suitable for publication.
If you have any questions and clarifications you can write to the journal.
