Purpose and Significance of Study: This is a report of clear cell sarcoma-like tumor of the gastrointestinal tract, which is rare, with only a few cases and series reported throughout the world.
Fit with Scope of Journal: The manuscript is of very high interest for the journal Surgical Case Reports.
The discussion aptly illustrates the rarity of the present case and the general presentation and outcomes of similar cases to put the significance of the case in context.
o The manuscript contains a few errors (already corrected in the galley proof), which are listed below –
· Many words are misspelled, e.g., in the heading “Abstract”, “quadrant” in the 1st sentence of the 1st paragraph of Case, “mesentery” in the 1st sentence of the 3rd paragraph of Case, and so on.
· In the 1st sentence of the 3rd paragraph of Case, “an” before “enlarged” must be removed.
