Comments:

The Discussion clearly states the incidence, possible cause and diagnostic approaches for juvenile fibroadenoma. It also emphasizes on the various approaches of treatment literature and provides a novel gateway with simple enucleation followed by lipomodelling post-surgery, which results a better outcome over complex techniques.

Further comments on the paper

Comments: The case report presents a 17-year-old girl, who complained of gradual increasing lump of left breast for 2-3 months without any constitutional symptoms, when diagnosed, discovered as giant fibroadenoma. It highlights the importance to understand the morphology and histopathology of the tumor for proper diagnosis and also illustrates the first experimented unique treatment procedure that follows simple lump excision through a cosmetically placed incision, followed by lipomodelling to correct the dimpling of the breast.
