Comments: The Discussion highlights on the literature describing the rarity of the clear cell sarcoma (CCS) from all aspects, and states that with the lack of wider clinical experience on cohort studies of patients, surgery appear as the only beneficial treatment, also new therapeutic agents and molecular targeted therapy must be implemented in order to improve the oncologic outcome both in early and late stages of the disease. Further it also suggests that extremely rare CCS of bone should be considered in the differential diagnosis of primary bone tumors.

Comments: This case presents a 13-year-old patient with the first in the literature unusual case of clear cell sarcoma of bone arising from distal femur. Later, malignant neoplasms appeared on histological sections which was composed by nests of uniform cells separated by fibrous septa. The purpose of this case report was to find common clinical-radiological features to this rare case of clear cell sarcoma.
