Comments: This case presents a 75-year-old male with type 2 diabetes mellitus, essential hypertension, and alcoholic cirrhosis. On clinical examination, abdomen/pelvis incidentally revealed a 6.9 cm mass in the hepatic dome, which was confirmed later as sarcomatoid liver cancer.
