Further comments on the paper

Comments: The case presents a 55-year-old woman with chest pain which later revealed right ventricular (RV) dysfunction followed by aortic valve insufficiency. Further, this illustrates the management of a patient with an acute right ventricular infarction due to coronary avulsion. It also discusses the surgical procedure for the treatment of heart failure in acute aortic dissection.
