The Conclusion says that adults 50 years or younger in the convalescent period of COVID-19 have an increased risk for stroke. Lastly, the authors suggest that stroke units should be altered to the risk and must be considered for serological testing of COVID-19 in younger patients without traditional risk factors.

Comments: The Case Report presents a 50-year-old male with a medical history of borderline hyperlipidemia developed COVID-19. Later, the patient was diagnosed with transient Ischaemic attack (TIA). The manuscript mainly highlights on the recovery after Ischaemic stroke secondary to SARS-CoV-2 infection.
