Comments:
The case descriptions are adequate. The Discussion puts forth the rationale for taking up the study, effectively describes the relevant literature and enlists the implications of the findings from the present study in that context. It explains the challenges in treating the patient in the present case clearly. It also offers useful suggestions with respect to the treatment regimen. The reports are well supported by briefly explained figures. The Conclusion section is apt in confirming not only the malignant potential of these tumors, but also how this study broadens the spectrum towards epithelioid angiosarcoma.

Further comments on the paper
Comments: This case report and review of the literature presents the case of two patients with an initial histologic diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) who developed true malignancy. This study holds significance as epithelioid angiosarcoma from an ABC tumor malignancy has never been described before in literature. Also, very few cases in the literature support the existence of malignant ABC tumors in the absence of risk factors such as radiotherapy.
