Further comments on the paper
Comments: This case report and review of the literature presents the case of a 57-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ arising in a benign phyllodes tumor of the breast. This study holds significance as breast incidence of non-invasive ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) arising in benign phyllodes tumor (PT) is a very rare event. Due to its rarity, there was no standard treatment consensus, therefore, summarization of experiences from clinical cases is critical.
